A new build constructed at the rear of a dual occupancy block, the design of this house reflected our client’s love of period features.
The weatherboard construction, Colorbond roof, dormer windows and stone feature steps, provided beautiful external appeal.
Internally, Wormy Chestnut flooring, a Victorian timber fireplace with cast iron surround, traditionally styled cabinetry and marble mosaic tiles continued the period aesthetic.
Ceiling roses, tongue and groove paneling, chair rails, stained glass windows and feature lighting provided the final touches to achieve our client’s vision.
