A modern, architect designed new build on a narrow block, this house featured commercial grade aluminium windows, recycled bricks, powder-coated steel fabrication and custom cabinetry throughout.
A velvet finish concrete fireplace anchored the living room, while European Oak floors and granite benchtops cemented the high-end finish.
Set securely behind a front fence constructed of recycled bricks and a remote controlled custom-made steel gate, the house was installed with Smeg and Miele appliances in the fully kitted out kitchen and butler’s pantry.
